Chick not growing feathers

I have a three week old chick who looks to be not growing feathers. I noticed when it hatched it wasn’t getting fluffy like the others, and here we are on week three and it still doesn’t have much going on. Last pic is of the other who seem to be doing great in that department.

You might want to make your own thread about your chick, complete with feed and heat set up. :] Some chicks are late bloomers.

Good Idea but no one usually answers my questions so I rather just ask a person that had the same problem as me. Hopefully they found the solution to our problem.
