This came with a batch of frizzles, naked necks, and cochins I got over a month ago. She has some frizzles feathers on her wins but other places just does not have feathers. Her crop is not feathered and all of the way from the base of her neck up is not feathered.
Keep in mind she is also at least 8 weeks old. She has grown VERY little. I've had her in my "hospital" coop. She's not being picked on, and she is definitely eating! Any ideas here? She is so tiny and is only probably twice the size she was when she was hatched.

You can see a blueish color above her eyes, other than that she looks healthy as in any other normal chicken and she is very active. What could be causing this? Her belly is almost completely bare as well as under her wings. Just little puffs here and there and a few frizzled on her wings.
