Chick not growing wing feathers

Hi everyone,haven't been on for awhile, but am hatching again this year, I seem to have a 3 week old chick who isn't growing wing feathers, the other 3 that hatched with her have all got wing feathers, they are pekin bantams, does any one know why this might be, tia

The first 2 pics are of the chick that hasn't got wing feathers and the last pic is off one of the chicks that are getting them as normal

I've had the same with some Pekin that I hatched this year too. They eventually all caught up with each other. Each bird is individual on how fast they feather out even though they are of the same breed.

Thanks she started the same then stopped, she has bare patches and looks very odd, i have harched other years but haven't come across this before
