Chick Not Growing

I have some little coturnix quail chicks which hatched last Sunday. One of the chicks appears to not be growing, or at least not as fast as the others are. It's WAY smaller than all the others.
It's really cute but I'm beginning to get a little worried.
Why would this be?

It eats all day. I keep a close eye on it.
I also have water in a jar lid so it had get to it.
I'll get some pics in a minute

Yep. I really can't see anything wrong with it. I just don't understand why it's so much smaller.
Any quail specialists on here??

Wow. That’s a lot smaller than I thought. Were the eggs different sizes? Maybe it’s a button quail that got mixed up?

What feed are you feeding? I wonder if it’s a button quail but I’m not experienced with them.

Is his neck bent/weird like?
Did you help it out of the shell?
