Chick not growing

Hey guys my chicks are about 2 months now and ready to move out all but my 2 speckled sussex chicks they are all the same age beside the black one (she's about 2 weeks older) it's plenty hot enough during the day but gets cooler at night especially when it rains. What should I do?

Here they all are side by side like I said the black one is older that's why she's so big

All my chicks go outside at 2 weeks. No matter what the weather is.
I just can't stand the dust, noise and smell after that.
Most of the time the heat lamp goes with them and I just reduce the watage of the bulb to wean them off.
Yours are fully feathered and are set to go.

The smaller one, if chilled at night, will cuddle with the other ones. I'd put them all out.

my 2 sussex only have wing feathers though, that's why I'm worried they will get cold. I'm also worried snakes could get them because they are so small
