I got 2 susex and 2 easters from TS, all of them are about 2 weeks now and one of the susex is barely growing, she's very tiny and almost has no feathers, left photo is her next to her sister and the right photo is her on the left next to everyone. She's barely eating and looks a little lethargic, could she be sick or could it be failure to thrive? And if she's sick could it be contagious?

Maybe?? But she was the same size as the rest when I first got them and wouldn't she have feathers even if she was a bantam?

The lethargy is more concerning. Have they had any outside exposure or have they been in an inside brooder the whole time? FTT is probably more likely here given the lethargy and lack of interest in food.

they've never been outside only inside! Is there anything I can do for FTT? or do I just wait till she passes?

Unfortunately no, FTT means there's something internally wrong that's causing them to not grow, but there's not a specific issue that you can pinpoint or treat.

You can try giving her some Poutry Nutri-Drench (a few drops, full strength) to see if that helps with lethargy and to give her energy to eat more, but it may or may not make a difference in the end.

I don't know what happened but last night she had a total 180! she's a lot better now and is eating and running around with the others so hopefully she'll be alright!

I would still see about supplementing her with a bit of chicks vitamins or Nutri-Drench to help her catch up, and hopefully keep her peppy.
