Chick not tolerating medicated food

Tristan is now 100%. I took the medicated food out of the brooder last night, gave him one drop of infant multi vitamin's and this morning not only has the neurological signs disapeared, but he has more energy then ever. He's like a chicken on crack. Running, playing....his brother Fabian on the other hand seems lethargic, complete opposite. I may give him a drop of vit's this a.m.
