CHICK NOT WALKING PROPERLY

I have 4 2 day old chicks and one is not putting one of its feet on the ground .
Whats wrong?

Let's try this again. (okay. my first reply disappeared into the ether)

I have ducks, but I can offer some thoughts.

There may be a splinter, the chick may have been stepped on or otherwise injured, there could be a neurological problem, a sprain or a broken bone.

Have you taken a magnifying glass and looked closely at the foot and leg? Felt the foot and leg to compare it to the healthy one?

What kind of bedding is it on?

Another thought I had is that there is an Emergencies Diseases Injuries forum that will probably get more response for this question.

I have felt it and it doesnt seem to be giving it any pain and I cant see any sign of injury.
