I always say this, but have you checked for worms?
What is his poop like?
You could try a mash of banana, garlic, honey and peanut butter watered down with chick vits and electrolytes. You can buy dioralyte from any chemist or supermarket and just water it down a bit more than the recommendations and add a tiny bit to the mash. Syringe feed if he won't eat it. This will give him a vitality boost while you figure out what is wrong with him, and will help his immune system fight off whatever might have infected him.
Maybe get antibiotics from the vet if needed. Online vet does this fairly cheap.
Was he medicated for coccidiosis from the start?
