Chick out all night

This morning I went to check my chickens and found that one of the chicks had escaped and had been out all night. But is still alive, however it is cold, wet and weak. Does any one have any tips or suggestions on nursing it back to health?

Give her some warm sugar water to drink, use an eyedropper and dribble a few drops on the side of her beak so she can drink. Warm her in the brooder using the heat lamp, but not too warm.
