Chick panting in incubator

Open plugs...Good job...Is it zipping out what is its position is the pip hole on the side? They hatch/ zip counter clockwise..

Just reach in there and pull the chick out of its dry, you won't hurt the other eggs if you're fairly quick. Btw you should have the plugs out anyway during hatching.

Oh yes they are hatched ...Jeeper get them out of the incubator ...Lol..I do one hour after hatching..

Grabbed it out, took less than 3 full seconds humidity but humidity still dropped some, so I dropped water down plug hole

Humidity drops on the machine but not the incubator...

Wow...I'm hands on with no issues.. I open my incubator and remove Babies an hour after hatch after each baby..

Yes, absolutely right. Just relax take a breath. As long as there is water in your incubator and chicks are hatching your humidity will be fine, it will probably even shoot up, again it will be fine .

Whew I had a horror story first hatch where I had a waterer in the incubator butttt the chick was trying to sleep in it and I lost all others trying to keep him out water. Was straight terrible but the incubator was constantly having to be opened

Remove them as needed...Won't hurt the hatch at all..
