chick pecking order???

so our chicks have started to pull on our hens earlobes, waddles combs and poke out their eyes!!!!! and they have started to step on, pull and peck one of the chicks! its only one though! any ideas? are they establishing a pecking order?

Take a good look at that chick they're pecking on and be sure it isn't injured, have pasty butt or somehow unhealthy. Usually with simple pecking order things they don't all peck on just one. And be a bit more patient with replies. There really aren't all that many on at 5am Central Time.
