Chick pipped wrong end of egg! -Help!

What do I do? I have 9 eggs supposed to hatch today, 2 have pipped through so far, but one is at the wrong end! What do I do?

Don't worry. I've had many an upside-down pip that managed to hatch just fine. Got one in the incubator right now, in fact. They do take longer to hatch than pips in the right spot, but as long as the chick is breathing, and cheeps, there is no need to worry.
