Chick pipping but not zipping

My chick has had a pip for a round 24 hours now. It just started pipping again and is chirping a lot. However, when it is chipping it is more so chipping a large hole than a zip. The membrane is also slightly yellow. Is this alright?

Since it has been 24 hrs. U can peal atiny bit of shell if it bleeds, stop.
Have flour on hand to dab the blood just incase.

we ended up helping it out by carefully peeling away some shell. Chick has now been hatched for over 24 hours and is healthy and happy thankfully.

It pipped on the wrong side so it was probably having trouble.
