That's interesting...I have read several posts on here in which they mention intestinal lining. Is that breed specific? Also if some pink is not ok can I do Corid 9.6% along with medicated chick feed and ACV in their water?? Currently I am feeding my 2-3 week old chicks medicated feed starter with a pinch of chick grit per chick feeder. I also have 2 tsp of ACV in their water as well as giving them a daily yogurt treat. However, I am seeing some pink (what other people have described and posted pics of intestinal lining). I am noticing that when I'm around for someone to poop it sounds very liquidy but has firm poop in it? Is this normal? Everyone is acting fine...they are very active, eating, drinking, scratching...but I don't want to not treat for Cocci if that may be the cause of their pink poo. Please help with what I can and can't do as far as mixing Corid, medicated feed and ACV. Also what would be the dosing for a chick waterer??
Thanks!
