It is a temmnicks tragopan! It is a relative a pheasants! They are really cool birds. It actually isn't feathers on its chest it's kinda like skin. The blue skin is retractable and is used in a courtship display for females. Go on you tube and look up some tragopan videos it's really cool. I plan on getting a pair soonHi Cajunfowl,
What kind of bird is this? It's stunning, I have never seen anything like it. Are those feathers on its breast?
