Chick questions

My chicks are 3 weeks today, and while roaming around, they will kinda chase each other or fly into each other especially if they want to get to something first. Is this normal?

This is very normal! They'll trace each other, and everything you can think of! If you give one of them something the other will come racing after it to try to get it!
