Chick rear end question

This is the only chick I have seen this on but her butt is hairless. Is this ok? As far as I can tell none of the other chicks are having this issue. All the chicks are backyard mixes and she does seem to be acting normal.

I'm not sure if the lighting is just weird, but is that bruising showing on there?

I was thinking that was veins. I looked again nd they seem more like lines like they are veins or the color of the skin. The other thing to note is I think this was the last one born which makes her about 7 days old where as the others are 8-10.

As long as she is acting normal, I think it is probably fine.
