Chick rubbing head on ground

Hey y’all, we just had our batch of eggs hatch. Our last to get out took a few hours to break free and after that it started to rub its head on the ground and walk backwards. Any idea what is wrong and how to fix it? (Sorry if this should be in chicken Health/care)

There could be something on its neck, chest or possibly stuck in its nose or mouth. Good luck
