Chick safety

I have a hen sitting on several fertile eggs in one of the coop nest boxes. Shes 10 days into it. Doing well , takes a break rarely. When she leaves the nest one of the other girls sets on her nest till she returns. I have a total of 6 hens, no roosters( fertile eggs I purchased). I am planning to let her raise the chicks with the flock unless a problem arises then I will section them off if needed. She is my largest hen -buff orpington
My nest box is 6 inches off the coop floor - will this work once the babies are hatched or is this gonna be dangerous?
Also i have a ramp from the coop to the enclosed run- it's this gonna cause a problem ? Or will mama hen keep them safe?

I think it could be okay. That's probably best anyway, so the other's don't trample the chicks.

Do you think they will fall out of the nest ? Or it's ok? First timer
