I found these chickens motherless, they don't have mites. its only one out of the four that cant stop scratching his neck. no mites, its like dry and yellowish? i will attach a photo. i hope someone can help me. thank you

just for anyone who wanted an update. he passed away an hour ago. im heart broken. but i had no cure for him. the research i did and the symptoms of his lined up with gumboro. i cant say for certain if thats what it was. but he is no longer in pain. ive buried him and i hope he crossed the rainbow bridge and see's all my pets that have passed
