Chick Spitting Up Her Water

Hi everyone! I came to check on my chicks and noticed their waterer leaked out all of the water from the night before! I quickly refilled it and they drank a ton! My one chick, a golden comet, began spitting her water up a few moments after. Could it be that she just had too much to drink? Afterwards she started eating and running around flapping her wings so I know she’s feeling normal. Has anyone else had this happen and is it something to worry about?

Sure. If she guzzled too much water, she could spit some back up.

Just watch and make sure she still seems normal.

And obvoiusly, watch that the waterer doesn't leak again.
