Chick stands CONSTANTLY ??

She is a BCM , almost 3 weeks ... she always stands up ... never sits, never roosts on the bitty perch ....even sleeping, she stands .... I also noticed she looks like she has no neck , the feathers are always puffed out and her head is tucked in ??? I did see her stretch out her neck after a bug , so she does HAVE a neck ! A week ago I thought I saw her breathing harder than the other chicks , but her beak was not open - no panting .... ANY IDEA what is going on ??? oh, she eats, drinks and poos ....

Don't worry so much.
Chickens don't use or need a roost usually till about 10 weeks.

my question was more asking if I should be concerned that she STANDS all the time .... does not sit on floor to sleep ....

Some individuals have strange behavior. If she's eating, drinking, defecating, walking around and has motor skills, that's a good thing. If she only laid down and couldn't move that would be a bad thing.
