Chick starter feed for 12 week old pullets.

Oh my goodness that is a great idea. I plan to put them together as one flock. With my current flock and the ones arriving tomorrow that makes them 12 weeks apart I thought it would be sooner than later. I already have an Idea with the arrangement I have now. Thank goodness it is still warm where I live.

Depending on breed 16 weeks could still be "early". Otherwise not a big issue. I am expecting some new chicks mid August and part of me intends to just use flock raiser from the start. The other part of me likes that starter usually has a smaller crumble. What I buy will be based on what my feed supply is at the time.

Final answer: Starter/all flock/flock raiser with oyster shell on the side for life.
Chicks started arriving today and I needed feed. TSC didn't have any big bags of Purina non-medicated start & grow (didn't have medicated either), so flock raiser it is.
