I'm sure there are many regional companies that make feed sans animal proteins, but since they're only regionally available I usually exempt those in my response. I forget that not all people even realize some of the brands they're most familiar with are regional and not available to other BYC members. Thanks for pointing out the confusion the error of my ways can cause, I should have said, "nationally available commercially bagged feed" rather than just "commercially bagged feed".
