What do you think would be the best way for me to ferment my recipe? I like your way except i only have a reverse osmosis system on our tap water so it wouldnt ferment that quickly maybe ill create new thread and ask others what they think

I think maybe by letting your water sit out in an open container for a day or two before using it for fermenting it may have a chance to accumulate some of the bacteria you are looking for. I don't know for a fact though.
