Chick stuck in egg?

My silkie chick has been zipped like this for around 7 hours. It’s still alive but isn’t making an effort to get out. It pipped over 24 hours ago and I’m not sure if I should give it a hand. Any thoughts?

Yes it needs help. Pull off the smaller shell piece off of the fat end and gently pull its head out off the egg. See if you can get it out of it's shell that way.

All went successfully and is now drying off in the bator.
