Chick stuck NEED URGENT HELP!

Hello everyone
This button quail chick pipped and was stuck for over 24 hours, so I decided to assist. I helped him half way and left him. He still looks stuck! The inner membrane is wrapped around him. I don't want to pull it as it holds veins. Hes been in the same position for a few hours. He's breathing and chirping a little. What should I do. Please help!

If there are veins I've always been told to just let them be if they don't seem to be in actual distress and can breath. I wish I was more help! good luck! I hope it turns out okay

I think at this point he hasn't progressed so he will probably die without help. So of you help and he dies, at least you tried. He is probably dried out, maybe spritz with warm water
....this is not advice from experience, just what I would try given the situation. Good luck
