Chick stuck

Hi can anyone help please. Temp and humidity are spot on and at day 20 3 chicks hatched. I had trouble walking as one foot is bigger than other: 2 more pipped 15 hours ago and I had a massive hole with no membrane showing but has been like that for 9 hours. The other one has a smaller hole but the membrane seems to be growing yellow. They are moving slightly but seem unable to hatch. Help??

Welcome to BYC! In my experience chicks can take up to 18 hours from external pip (through the shell) to progressing, so for now, unless they show signs of distress, I'd monitor the humidity, keep it around 65% or a bit more, and give them a bit more time.
