chick toe is bent

one of my friends 3 week old chicks has one foot with 2 toes that are bent what can we do to sort this problem befor it gets to old if it is not already, the chick has been like this since it hatched so its not from high heat in the brooder.

It's probably too old, but it doesn't matter really. The chicken will get along just fine with bent toes.

what does high heat in the brooder have to do with it? (im just wondering) I had heat problems and some of my chicks have curved toes...
