Chick tunnel

A short time back, I saw a post on here about someone who had made a tunnel for a new baby chick that was having a hard time walking. I have looked everywhere but can't seem to find the picture that was posted. If you have ever made one of these can you please post a picture or private message it to me? The chick that I'm dealing with is currently One week old. I'm going to give this one last try before I make a decision on what to do with what this baby. So time is crucial.

No the black one is doing great! Trying to come up with a very strong male/female name since I can't sex him/her. I expect him to have a very long full life.

The one that passed was my little yellow chick. I was feeding him every 2 hours and he just progressively got worse. He had started to improve and then slowly started to go down hill. Today was really hard. He kept crying really loud. Looked so uncomfortable. I did not want to put him down but he was suffering. It felt selfish to keep him. I took him to a vet to confirm that there was nothing that could be done. She felt it was neurological and progressive. She said that if he did not die of complications of the paralysis that he would probably eventually stop eating and starve. I did not want a long slow painful death for him. I was able to hold him while they put him to sleep.

Happy to hear he's doing well. I thought maybe it was the other. Sorry to hear that. I'm glad they did it and you didn't have to be faced with doing it.

Amy, I couldn't do it. I had everything together to do a carbon dioxide chamber and I just couldn't. I got so attached to both of these chicks. I just could not go through with it.
