When should I move my chick from the incubator?

Thank you for giving me the confidence to move on the the next step with this little chick! I took little Sammie out of the incubator after about 13 hours and put her in the brooder. The other eggs still have not hatched but I'm going to give them a few more days. They are all from the same hen so were laid on consecutive days.

Did they go into the incubator on consecutive days or all together?

Update: I was able to get a few newly hatched chicks yesterday from a local chicken breeder, and they are all getting along well!
Also, one more of my eggs hatched this morning! I plan to move her into the brooder later this afternoon, though I am a little worried that the others might pick on her. I've made so many mistakes, like setting the eggs on different days, it's amazing I've had any hatch. I've learned so much!

So they went under the broody hen on consecutive days. Then she abandoned them at Day 19 for the first egg. I moved them to the incubator all together. I started with 4 eggs. I am amazed 2 even hatched!
