International bleeding??

I came out to feed my girls and one of my hens (this one that is injured) was a trying to nest above my shed. When I took her down to sit with her I noticed this on her foot. Does anyone know what it could be? Is the cracked toe also normal?

Autocorrect strikes again, international bleeding (internal?) is quite a novel concept, and no, that isn’t internal bleeding happily.

Yep, just looks like she scraped her foot on something. Make sure to clean it well, and watch that it doesn’t get infected. You may also want to look around to see if there’s anything sharp she may have stepped on.
