Chick unwell

Hi all, I had a chick hatch out yesterday and he seemed fine, was in with his brothers and sisters and all well and good, then I looked this evening and he had cut the side of his head? I quickly took him out from the others in case they pecked him but then noticed now he's in with me that it is in fact him scratching his head, and I have tried giving him food and water but he looks like he is choking when I try to give water and he won't take any food? Please can someone help or give some advice? Thank you!
