Chick w/broken leg???

I have a week old baby that has maybe a broken leg. It's been this way for three days now. The hip joint is swollen to almost the size of a dime. She will not walk on it and her toes just hang. She's eating, drinking and still hanging with the rest of the bunch. Do I need to cull her? Will it repair by itself? I thought about putting a popsicle stick as a splint on it but wasn't sure. I'm afraid that she will have problems as she gets older. Any suggestions???
