Chick walking backward..

I don't know if this chick just has spraddle leg that has gone horribly awry, or what.. If it doesn't get better soon I'm gonna have to cull it.. It is a roughly two week old Wheaton Marans, I didn't realize it was walking this way till me moved it to a much bigger brooder with more room to move.. Here is a video so you can see what I'm talking about

That's not walking backwards, that's falling!

Maybe you should just cull? Doesn't seem like it can get around very well.

It doesn't look like spraddle leg. It looks like it's legs are just straight out in front in one of the shots. Can it stand? i wouldn't cull just yet. Would be good to get some more opinions, hopefully from folks who have experienced this before.

No it really can't stand up right. We are currently trying to hold it and make it keep it's legs under it right..
