My newly hatched chick is walking on her hocks. Both feet have curled inward toes as well. What can I do to help her learn to walk? I am taping her toes, but need help with how to fix r walking on hocks problem. Thank you!

Walking on hocks can be a sign of riboflavin (vitamin B2) deficiency. A chick vitamin containing riboflavin or 1/4 tablet of human super b complex tablet crushed in water would be good to try. If there are sores on the hocks, put a little betadine or plain neosporin on them. Tape the top and bottom of toes in place as in the link below. Is she able to stand on her own? A chick sling may be helpful to get her upright with her feet touching the floor to strengthen her legs. See below for examples.
