chick walking on its tip toes

what will cause a chick to walk on its tippy toes. it keeps it legs out straight and walks on it toes. it is 3 days old I could not feel any deformaties or anything.

usually most of these feet and leg problems come from some sort of vitamins deficiency..
try and get some chick vitamins..and in the meantime, you can use Poly-vi-sol liquid baby vitamins..2 drops once a day on beak for a week or so..then 1 for another week..
might help to give a teeny dab of Vitamin E from a capsule.

make sure the chick is eating it's fair share..
if symptoms get worse..post back and describe.

they have had vitamins and electrolites every since they were put in the brooder box it eats good and drinks good
