Looks like possibly a leg injury. When the chick stops it lifts the one leg up to it's body a few times. I would start by catching it and inspecting the leg and body, then post some pictures if you can.

Aint hurtin too bad i dont guess . While checking on the big girls i turn around and it had jumped on the top row with the others
