Chick who isn't growing

Ok,
So I recently bought Barred Rock chicks and they are doing great except one. These chicks are about three weeks old and my one chick is extremely small. They are still eating starter feed and out of the four the littlest one is still the same size when we got them. Also, no matter how many times I clean the chicks bum, it still fills up with poop and yesterday I realized some small yellow winged bugs on my one chick. I'm not sure what they are and I need some advice with this one.

I live near Sarnia ontario and I need to find a local hatchery! I can't find any birds except at the auctions that I go to! Help?

Sounds like a mal absorbed egg yolk issue when it was in untero and birthed.

Nothing usually you can do.

Be sure that you are feeding medicated starter feed and keeping a warm light on.

Oh no worries about that! She is constantly being looked after! She is eating all the food she can get and drinking all the water. She is definetly the leader of the group!

i have one like that .. she is still skinny and we call her road runner. .she eats and drinks and runs all day long. guess she will always be slim. no worms either we tried that..

yes, it always helps to know what is wrong with my chickens. She is the second batch that I have gotten and so far, everything is good. It just really worried me when I noticed she wasn't growing.
