Chick with a small pink lump

I have a chick that hatched this weekend. When I pulled it out of the incubator it has a small pink lump on its head. the lump is 2-3 mm in diameter. I have never seen this before. Has anyone else had this problem? I will be watching this chick more than the others to see if it changes. It is acting normal. Ryan

What breed is it? My Dominique has a rose comb which looks a lot different than those on my Partridge Rocks.

The chick is an Amerucana. I have been watching it all day.
