I have raised my first 7 chicks and they are now a week old and great to watch however one of them has developed a serious attitude. If you put you hand in the pen they are in to change water top up feed or clean out it charges at you and pecks you. Then it stands there having its tummy rubbed. All of the others move away from my hand does that mean I have a roster in the making or just a hen with attitude.

Can any one help or had this happen to them?

The chick is training you to rub its tummy when it pecks you. Your desire to pet the little sticker helps you overlook its attitude. You may have to ignore it when it does that or even give it a "peck" back.
