Chick with Baby Down Crowing?????

I have a baby chick that is one month old,has baby chick down still,and is trying to Crow. He is around other Cockerels.
Isn't this Way Young to crow.
The Little Booger actually gets out a bit of a Crow. Baffled me.

How unheard of is it for 3 more Silkie chicks 4 weeks old crowing daily?
Its so Adorable,its not a full adult crow,just squeeks and whistles.

Not a Baby really ....By 6 weeks many Cockerels can crow...

I've just hatched 5 Polish three days ago and 2 of them were trying to crow this morning.
