Yesterday the last of my eggs hatched, we had five healthy chicks and then the last of them hatched and appears to have problems. I had to assist it out of its egg because it seemed unable to get out and once it hatched it became apparent why. My chicks hip appears to be deformed? One of them juts out and seems locked in place which caused the chick’s leg to seem to roll back so it just drags. It has one strong leg that it can move but the other leg won’t seem to budge at all/it can’t move it.
The chick has been chirping non stop and appears to be in a lot of pain. I tied up the leg to keep it underneath him kind of like a sling. The sling doesn’t seem to bother him and when it’s positioned over its leg right it relaxes a little but as chicks tend to always be on the go it never lasts long. The chick is drinking and eating and seems healthy other then the leg issue. When it breathes I’ve also noticed there’s a clicking noise...
I’m not sure what to do and if the best thing I could do for it would be putting it down. If you have any advice I’m willing to give it a try.

If you could post photos of the leg and or video of the clicking it might help some of the chicken experts figure out the issue.
Posting videos can be an issue here so people generally post on Instagram, YouTube, or Vimeo and post a link to it here.
