Chick with bald spot

Hello, this is the first time my father and I have raised chicks. We have a mix of twenty-three blue copper marans and buff brahmas. Since he was hatched one chick has had an odd lump/bald spot on the back of his head. He is other wise healthy. Is this something to worry about?





Oh, and he is five weeks old.

Those "white specks" of sorts...almost looks like lice maybe (?). The only other thing that comes to mind is it possible that this little guy is getting pecked on by others in the flock?
