CHICK WITH BIG BELLY HELP

Today my chickens started to hatch, and at this chick I noticed that he had a big belly, I don't know what it is, help!

Today my chickens started to hatch, and at this chick I noticed that he had a big belly, I don't know what it is, help!

It's a fleshy Belly Button. What I do is add Triple Antibiotic Ointment to them, & separate the chick in a container so the others don't peck at it, causing damage.
Once the area, & the chick is dry, they can be put together. Sometimes separating isn't necessary though.
