Chick with bloated belly and getting bullied

Hey, I have a couple day old chick that needs help, his belly is very bloated, I don’t think he’s eating or drinking, he’s very tired and his legs are splayed out he can’t walk properly since he hatched, he’s also getting pecked by other chicks. I want to try to save him if someone can give me advice it would be greatly appreciated I bought chicken electrolytes and put it in their water from Day 1 but idk how much it’s helping

If the belly is swollen, it could be mushy chick disease (cloacitis.) what does the navel/umbilicus look like? Do you have a picture of the belly? I would offer it electrolytes or sugar water 1 tsp per cup with a pinch of salt, and dip it’s beak into to drink.

I’ll send a picture of it. I actually have electrolytes in their water but I don’t think he drank it so I fed him some today, I didn’t add salt tho. He also threw it up a little after, maybe I gave him too much at once. Do I keep him separated?
