Chick with broken beak

A chick hatched out last night while I was asleep, and when I took him out of the incubator I realised that while lumbering around he had stuck his beak up through the fan grill and the fan has cracked one side of his beak. It looks very painful poor thing. Will it mend like normal broken bone? How should I treat this? In the photo from above you will see the fractured break is mostly in the correct position, except for the right front side which is sticking out slightly.

Thanks redsoxs, that was very helpful. Apparently the break in his beak will mend and grow out, which is all I needed to know. Thanks!
