chick with deformed neck

I have a chick that is 5 weeks old and going go, BUT she has a deformed neck her neck has a bend in it to one side so most of the time she hangs her head down and dosen't look up she dosen't move around alot. The other chicks don't pick her so I keep raiseing her or should I cull her?

Have you tried polyvisol no iron, you can get it at most pharmacys. does it still eat and what is the bedding the chick is in? What kind of chick is it?
