Chick with feet turned in?

I have a silkie chick that hatched one week ago. A few days ago I noticed his toes are facing in and his smallest toes and not spread out

This is probably caused by a faulty gene or a birth defect.

Not sure, the best thing to do would be to consult a vet or an expert. If this does not effect the chick too much, you may be good to go.
